"Leap of Faith", A step into the unknown

Photo Story:

Across the street, a woman stepped off the pavement, eyes fixed ahead. The traffic light hadn’t changed, but she didn’t wait. She didn’t hesitate. In that moment, surrounded by speeding cars and the uncertainty of the road, she chose trust over fear trust in her timing, trust in the drivers, trust that her steps would take her safely across.
Sometimes life is like that crossing. You can stand on the pavement forever, waiting for a sign that may never come. Or you can take a leap of faith, like she did, and move forward into the unknown.
The trotro sped on, the cars rolled past, and the woman’s stride never faltered. Her leap of faith was not in the absence of risk, but in the belief that she needed to get to the other side.

For many years I had the dream of bringing moments in the world to a stand still. I've always seen the world differently and I have always wanted to capture those individual differences in a frame that will live on forever.
